MY COACHING PHILOSOPHY
I don't believe in a one size fits all approach to exercise or weight loss - I believe everyone can find exercise they enjoy and most of us take time to figure that out! I've done bodybuilding, triathlons, marathons, Olympic lifting, CrossFit, Yoga, Spinning, Aerobics, Dance and so many others. The key is to figure out what you like and to make it work for you. Your life doesn't have to revolve around exercise and salad to feel strong and healthy. I believe in consistency and small sustainable changes over time to create your best self mentally and physically.
I've helped hundreds of people change their bodies and change their lives through movement, life coaching, and individualized nutrition support. As your coach, I'm here for you every step of the way and we work on creating your best self together. We don't only talk fitness - we work on changing the behaviors that are holding you back from having more energy and getting the most out of your body.
