I'm not going to write one of those long annoying posts about lots of nonsense before I get to the recipes - that drives me INSANE! So here they are - simple, delicious, homemade, and good for you! If you try one out, snap a pic and send it over.
Toss all ingredients in a blender and store in a mason jar in the fridge! Marinate your meat or toss over your favorite salad for a non toxic way to eat delicious food!

Cilantro Lime Marinade
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
½ cup cilantro leaves, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon salt
Lemon Ginger Marinade
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons minced ginger
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Soy Honey Garlic Marinade
2 tablespoons olive oil
3-4 tablespoons liquid aminos
Little bit of honey (optional)
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup water
Mustard Garlic Marinade
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup liquid aminos
1 large garlic clove, chopped
3 tablespoons Dijon or honey mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Classic Italian Marinade
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 large garlic clove, chopped
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon minced fresh basil or 1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
Cilantro Lime Dressing
1 jalapeno pepper (optional)
1 clove garlic
3/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 cup lime juice
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1/4 cup cilantro leaves
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Basic Vinaigrette
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons vinegar (white, cider, wine, balsamic)
Salt and pepper
Italian Vinaigrette
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons vinegar (white, cider, wine, balsamic)
1⁄2 teaspoon minced garlic
1⁄2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Mustard Dressing
Italian vinaigrette from above PLUS:
1 teaspoon mustard (Dijon or spicy brown)
1 -3 teaspoon honey (optional)
